CASE STUDY- NAACP x GOOGLE

Grow Together Campaign

Objective - To empower Black individuals to pursue tech careers through Google’s Career Certificate programs and foster diversity in the tech industry.

Challenge- The NAACP needed to bridge the gap in tech access and build trust within Black communities, many of whom felt excluded from tech opportunities.

Solution- We developed the brand strategy, identity, and creative content for the "Grow Together" campaign, including personas, social media assets, and insights that supported the website and event activation. Our approach positioned the campaign as a bridge between Black Tech Transitioners and tech careers.

Results

  • 12,000 organic social media reach,

  • 1,300 landing page views

  • 250 RSVPs added to the Grow Together mailing list

  • 50+ scholarship applications submitted after the event,

  • 100 attendees with participation from key elected officials


CASE STUDY- FOOT LOCKER - BRIXTON

Brixton Topcats - Jimmy Rogers Mixtape

Objective: Celebrate Jimmy Rogers' legacy and inspire youth by amplifying grassroots basketball culture in the UK.

Challenge: Basketball in the UK lacked mainstream recognition and support, particularly in Black and Brown communities, despite its passionate following.

Solution: Limited Edition created a 10-page comic book and exclusive apparel in partnership with Brixton Streetwear, launched through an immersive in-store experience inspired by South London culture. The campaign was amplified by a targeted social media push, highlighting Foot Locker’s commitment to grassroots basketball and the Brixton Topcats.

Results:

  • 101,368 organic impressions across social media.

  • 85,487 organic reach on digital platforms.

  • 3,565 total engagements through social media campaigns.

  • 100% sell-through of limited-edition apparel within three weeks.

  • 50+ attendees at the in-store event honoring Jimmy Rogers.
